Return Material Authorization Policy
Please contact our Customer Service Staff at 847-763-5027 Monday through Friday 10:00-3:00 CST to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Form. You may also fax (847-982-9600) or e-mail your request using the RMA Request Form. Your request will be processed within 24 hours.
Please note: an RMA # must be issued before the product can be returned. Products without an RMA # will either be refused or returned to you at your expense. We are not liable for loss or damage to unauthorized products. Items may be returned for exchange or credit only. No refunds will be issued. All RMA requests must be made within 30 days of your invoice date to receive credit or exchange.
Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for fifteen (15) days. Returns received after 15 days will be refused. You are responsible for all return freight charges. UPS Ground charges are free on all replacement shipments. Do not write addresses, RMA numbers, etc., on the outside of the manufacturer's boxes as product must be in 100% resalable condition to receive full credit. Serial numbers (if applicable) and problem descriptions are required. Any product returned missing components (i.e., cables, manuals, etc.) will be assessed a charge for replacements.
DEFECTIVE/DOA Products
Product should be tested upon arrival. All requests to return Defective/DOA products must first be reviewed with our Computer Technicians. Our Computer Technicians will also test the product returned to us to confirm that the product is defective. Defective or DOA product will be replaced with identical product if received within 30 days from invoice date. There is no credit on DOA/Defective product - only replacements.
All defective/DOA RMA claims must be made within 30 days of invoice date. The Security dongle will be replaced up to one (1) year from invoice date. The diskettes will be replaced for up to 30 days from invoice date.
Any product that turns out to be non-defective will be returned to you. A testing fee of a minimum of 10% the product value will be assessed.
Hardware must be returned directly to the manufacturer if more than 30 days old.
