IGC technical support is available by telephone Monday through Friday - 9:00 am to 5:30 PM CST. Technical support is also available via fax or e-mail with a 24-hour turn-around. The following policy applies to phone, fax, and e-mail technical support:

IGC is pleased to offer Authorized Resellers 30 days Free technical support on purchased versions of MultiNode or MTerm.
After 30 days, paid technical support is available by phone in 1 hour blocks. Please consult your IGC Sales Representative for further details.
