Changes in VM/386 version 5.02

VM/386 version 5.02 incorporates all the bug fixes previously released for
5.01, plus some significant changes to multiuser device support.

New drivers for the PCI bus Maxspeed PS-8 serial and PGX video boards are
included.  Also, all the Maxspeed drivers have also been updated to work with
AGP host video cards.

Drivers for a number of very old multiuser boards have been removed.  None
of these boards have been sold in years, and many simply don't work in modern
Pentium systems.  Support has been withdrawn for these boards:

	Arnet Smartport, Smartport/2, and Multiport
	DigiBoard MC/xi
	Maxspeed MC-8
	Star Gate ACL, ACL2, and ACLMC
	AMR VNA, EGNA, VGNA, and VGNA+
	Star Gate PC Light
	STB 4-On-The-Floor
	Sunriver EGA/VGA
	Viewport 1000 and 2000
