VMMENU, VMMAIL, VMCHAT

These utilities, which are available as a bundle, combine an easy-to-use menu program with IGC's Mail and Chat programs.

VMMENU is a simple utility that allows you to organize your system directories. Moving from one application program to another is as simple as moving the highlight bar to the desired program and pressing <Enter>.

VMMENU comes complete with the following TSR programs to enhance office productivity:

• Alphabetic Business Card System.
• Calendar/Appointment Scheduler (for recording appointments and confidential notes through the year 2099.)
• Calculator complete with a tape and memory.
  

VMMAIL allows users to send and receive messages quickly and easily. Messages are first composed with a built-in, easy-to-use word processor. Once composed, they can be sent to an individual person's inbasket or to a designated workgroup's in-basket using mail lists.

Additional VMMAIL features offer the ability to:

• Tag important messages as priority.
• Save and re-send messages.
• Attach and send files with new messages.
• Generate return receipts that confirm the time and date a message has been read.

VMCHAT allows urgent messages to pop up on a user's screen over other applications. VMCHAT also allows VMMAIL messages to be forwarded to another in-basket if the original intended recipient is not at the post office originally assigned.
